Our client a leading property firm based in the Chelsea are recruiting for a full time Receptionist to join their growing team.
This role is suited to a Receptionist who enjoys a busy role in a fantastic environment.This is a sole Receptionist role thatwill assist the Office Manager, together you will work together to ensure a complete smooth-running office.
As the Receptionist you will be responsible for providing an excellent and professional front of house experience to all visitors, guests, and employees in the office, Management of all meeting rooms including booking the rooms and clearing up after themeetings as well Assist in the preparation of meetings and other events as necessary.
- Customer orientated with a passion for highlevel service
- The ability to be wellpresented and always maintain a high level of professionalism
- Clear and professional telephone manner and overall communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Receptionist experience within a corporate enviroment
- Ability to work on own with mínimal need for supervision and enjoys working collaboratively with others in a team to achieve results
