Warehouse Business Apprentice

18 month contract_

Catalent are currently recruiting for warehouse apprentice to join the Swindon site. The Warehouse Business Apprentice will learn all aspects of the material flow from end to end. This will cover, Inventory, Import & Export, all internal processes, documentation support and future projects & improvements.

The Warehouse Apprentice is responsible for learning and assisting with day-to-day Warehouse activities and will be expected to manage both workload and time effectively and efficiently.

The Role:

Complete any collegebased courses and be prepared to undertake any future training, internally or externally, as required by Catalent.
Carrying out Inventory cycle counts and support with proactive gap analysis activities.
Support both Import & Export functions, review current processes and introduce collaborative working to provide process working efficiency improvements.
Working with our Quality partners to review and support Warehouse 'Q' improvement opportunities.
Proactively support, review, and suggest improvements on working documents (SOP's) via our Quality database (QUMAS)
Learn Catalent's Quality and Warehouse systems.
Support and be proactive in upcoming Warehouse Projects
Accurately complete all relevant operational documentation to a high standard as required.
Ensure SOPs, Health and Safety and other legal obligations are complied with.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards are always maintained.
