Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Utilise social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding
  • Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data management

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in construction recruitment, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to generate leads and drive recruitment efforts
  • Familiarity with Workday, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Pay:
£25,704.00-£35,000.00 per year
