Description

Providence Row is a day centre for rough sleepers, above this is a green oasis where we grow food that supplies our kitchen, to produce home cooked meals for our clients.

We also run a garden training programme for our clients.

We are looking for gardening volunteers to help support and maintain our multi award winning rooftop organic garden in East London.

Duties

Watering and feeding plants
Hand weeding keeping plant beds tidy
Harvesting
Supporting the development and training of our clients (depending on the day you volunteer)

You will be well looked after by the team, you just need to be willing to get stuck in and learn.

Tuesday: 10am-1pm

This is an
unpaid voluntary position. We can pay travel expenses & you can get a lunch on the day of volunteering

Volunteers must be over 18 for this role
