Spinwell is recruiting for a HR Assistant for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR ASSISTANT

  • Implement HR processes whilst managing employee relations, dealing with disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Minimise disputes and employment tribunal costs through effective implementation of policies, engaging with Senior Management, Line Managers and staff.
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders on change implementation projects, influencing and supporting the change.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including the management and distribution of job descriptions along with using HR systems.
  • Escalate issues and problems appropriately.
  • Ensure systems and process are effective and challenge and continuously improve service delivery.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HR ASSISTANT

  • Good understanding of pension schemes and delivery methodology.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder skills and building good relationships.
