If so, we are looking for a Senior Admin Officer to join our team in Winchester.

There are many agencies in Hampshire supporting children and young people, and they all work together to ensure they are keeping children safe.

This is a unique opportunity to join a motivated and influential team responsible for coordinating and managing the work of the Hampshire Safeguarding Children Partnership.


  • Everything we do is underpinned by two key principles:
  • Safeguarding is everybody's responsibility
  • for services to be effective each professional and organisation should play their full part
  • A childcentred approach for services to be effective they should be based on a clear understanding of the needs and views of the individual children whilst recognising the support parents and carers may require.
  • You will be working closely with all members of the Partnership Team, leaders and managers from a wide range of partner agencies and working to support delivery of the HSCP training and Business Plan priorities. This includes the provision of administrative and project support for working groups, case reviews, audits, multiagency training and social media.
  • We are looking for someone with strong administrative capability and has a passion for continuous improvement.
