A great opportunity has arisen for a Complaints and Disrepair Supervisor to work for a housing provider based in Hounslow.

My client is looking for a Supervisor on an Temp to Permanent basis offering £25 - £28 p/h Umbrella and then a permanent salary of £42,795 per annum.

The successful Complaints and Disrepair Supervisor will be required to have experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment and be able to supervise a team of operatives.

The Complaints and Disrepair Supervisor will be required to:

  • Supervise a team of operatives
  • Have knowledge of a repairs and maintenance environment
  • Prioritise and allocate works to optimise available resources
