Job description:


As Business Coordinator you will provide support for Business Services to delivery teams or equivalent, including Operating Centres, Domains & Corporate Head Quarters.

You will support in collating information and seek advice to ensure that effective business management services are consistently provided to multiple stakeholders.

You will provide support for their Business Management Team delivering through engagement across all Domains and Specialisms.

Here, you will be given the opportunity to develop your Business Management skillset in a supportive environment offering progression opportunities.

Please note due to the nature of some roles they will be reserved for Sole UK Nationals


About the role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support senior Business Managers by liaising with other areas of the business to coordinate business activities.
  • Assist in engaging with stakeholders and other functions within their area of responsibility and relevant third parties to support the delivery of business services throughout their area of responsibility.
  • Support in the production of a variety of documentation, including business cases, reports, and clearance documentation.
  • Analyse corporate reporting and management information, acting on key findings.
  • Manage internal and external queries on various issues by providing advice and assistance where required.
  • First line management of an administrative team, providing coaching and developmental dialogue where appropriate.
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior staff to ensure they are resolved.
  • Provide support for the Team Lead for workforce planning

Person specification:


  • Ability to analyse information
  • Experience working with Internal & External stakeholders
  • Evidence of identifying and implementing business improvements
  • Experience in building business relationships

It would be desirable for you to have:

  • NVQ Level 4 diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of working in business support.
  • Prior management experience.
In addition to the responsibilities above, the following technical competences and behaviours will be assessed at interview:
