My client is looking for someone with a passion for helping people, with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.

What will you be doing?

You will help customers pay off their debts through a mixture of inbound and outbound calls
Meet targets set for you
Ensure you are following all up to date legislation
Agree affordable pay plans that are right for both the customer and business
Demonstrate empathy with customers and always treat them fairly.
