CHARITY ADMIN ASSISTANTS - 2 months FTC

I have exclusively partnered with a world leading sport events company - who organise some of the most successful global sporting events - in their search for a couple of Charity Admin Assistants to join them on a 2-month basis, on a fixed term contract.

If you are someone who enjoys a rewarding challenge and someone who is prepared to go that extra mile while helping to deliver world class events, then this role is perfect for you


What you will be doing:


  • Support the charities team with responding to charity enquiries via our shared inbox and phone calls.
  • Working on creating and sending out comms to our charity partners, including our monthly charity newsletter.
  • Amending charity content for website updates.
  • Support the charities team with any ad hoc tasks that need carrying out.

Skills Required:


  • Confident when communicating with all levels of staff and external contacts including cold calling.
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent with maintenance of records, documents and filing structures.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, or alternative CRM tools.
You, ideally, will have relevant experience working in an administrative role, preferable working with charities.

You should be someone who knows what it takes to multitask and work at a fast pace whilst maintaining high accuracy.

You will be a positive andclear communicator and be prepared to go that extra mile to support its charity partners.

You'll be confident, down-to-earth and thrive in a team environment.
