CHARITY ADMIN ASSISTANTS - 2 months FTC
I have exclusively partnered with a world leading sport events company - who organise some of the most successful global sporting events - in their search for a couple of Charity Admin Assistants to join them on a 2-month basis, on a fixed term contract.
If you are someone who enjoys a rewarding challenge and someone who is prepared to go that extra mile while helping to deliver world class events, then this role is perfect for youWhat you will be doing:
- Support the charities team with responding to charity enquiries via our shared inbox and phone calls.
- Working on creating and sending out comms to our charity partners, including our monthly charity newsletter.
- Amending charity content for website updates.
- Support the charities team with any ad hoc tasks that need carrying out.
Skills Required:
- Confident when communicating with all levels of staff and external contacts including cold calling.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent with maintenance of records, documents and filing structures.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, or alternative CRM tools.
You should be someone who knows what it takes to multitask and work at a fast pace whilst maintaining high accuracy.
You will be a positive andclear communicator and be prepared to go that extra mile to support its charity partners.
