As our diverse student community continues to grow at Sheffield Hallam University, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our Admissions team.
Working collaboratively with peers and Managers across Admissions, you will develop and share best practice, ensure processes remain up-to-date and provide an excellent applicant experience.
Key relationships will be with both Professional Services staff and academic colleagues as well as with partners to ensure the quality of the service we deliver.
You will be highly motivated with excellent communication skills and actively encourage the positive behaviours that support an excellent customer experience while driving results.
You will have a strong commitment to customer care and thrive on building and maintaining extensive networks to deliver an exceptional service.
This will be complemented with excellent organisational and people management skills, who can work consistently with short deadlines and heavy workloads.
