WHAT YOU'LL DO?


As an In Room Dining Waiter crucial part of your job is not only to deliver food and beverage to the room but also to create memorable experiences, establish a connection and add a personal touch.


You work closely with Whatever Whenever, Events, Munchie Box and Lounge as we know that team work is how we can achieve outstanding service quality for our guests.

You are also involved with individual WOW moments, personal requests and responsible of delivering guest amenities according brand standards.

  • This role requires the following responsibilities, which include but are not limited to;_
  • Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with property's established guidelines, procedures and policies
  • Provides guests with exceptional service in order to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays in order to maintain established sanitation guidelines
  • Set up and deliver all VIP amenities
  • Service all meetings rooms in accordance with Event orders and established policies and procedure
  • Complete all shift side work as outlined in the hotel's operating policies and procedures
  • Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales: report all communication to immediate supervisors
  • Perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Perform any other job
- related as assigned, including assisting with munchie box/minibar stock counts, their emptying and re-filling and any other B&F related tasks as required

  • As per business needs and at the request of direct supervisor and/or management, the talent could be required to perform other tasks outside of those listed above._

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Possess a good command of English
  • An excellent verbal manner and customer service skills, including problem resolution and complaint handling
  • Experience in an equivalent or food and beverage related position
  • Good organisation skills with an attention to detail
  • A team Player with flexible & positive attitude
  • Hardworking and consistent

DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES

  • Previous experience of a luxury 5* hotel
  • Previous brand experience or lifestyle hotel knowledge
