Legal Secretary - Leeds, United Kingdom - Grahame Stowe Bateson
Description
The successful applicant will be well organised, with strong communication skills both face to face and over the telephone and be able to cope with sometimes a fast paced and at times stressful environment.
The position is full time. Working hours are 9-5.
The role will involve answering the phone, some audio typing, opening files, arranging appointments and managing diaries as well as scanning, filing and archiving.
You will be delivering administrative support for fee earners across both departments.
Answering the telephone and either directing appropriately or dealing with the calls received will be expected. The ability to communicate directly with clients is therefore essential.
Some experience of working in a law firm or legal qualifications would be preferred, although not essential, full training and support will be provided.
Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
