  • HOURS: Full Time 35 hours per week
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

What you'll need

  • Strong customer focus where you'll want to put customers first and understand and improve our customer's experience
  • Determination and motivation to develop
  • Organised and able to manage your own workload whilst also supporting the team to achieve and deliver.
  • The relevant licence to work on either the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey.
And if you do have any previous call centre experience that would be really useful.
