Description
My client, a market leader in their field based South of Preston, are looking for a dynamic, self starting Customer Service Advisor / Administrator to assist their busy Service Team on a temporary basis.
The purpose of the role is to ensure customers are up to date with orders and paperwork & reporting is completed.
The role will involve but not be limited to;- Advising customers on their orders
- Complaint handling
- High volume inbound call handling
- Advising customers on their orders
- High volume data entry
- Completing electronic paperwork
- Following an audit trail
- Collating data and updating spreadsheets
- Running reports
- Reporting any anomalies
Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Pay:
£ / hour dependant on experience
