Dawson Levy are very excited to be working on behalf of an AJ100 Architectural studio in their search for an experienced BIM Coordinator.

Our client are an award-winning Architectural practice covering a variety of projects both in the UK and Internationally.

This opportunity will offer a talented BIM Coordinator the chance to progress within BIM and they have a competitive salary and benefits package available for the right person.

As the successful applicant you must have previous proven experience in a BIM Coordinator role having worked on UK projects working to BIM Level 2/ISO19650.

You must have 3 years' experience using Revit and be proficient in Navisworks and will be requiredto carry out modelling, clash detection and will report to BIM Manager.

You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally as you will be required to liaise with various departments and teams.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK as a BIM Coordinator
Degree Qualified (or Equivalent)
Fully proficient user of Revit and Navisworks'
Experience Knowledge of and experience working to BIM Level 2 / ISO19650
Strong Communication ability is essential (written and verbal)
