HR Executive - Oxford, United Kingdom - Oxford Summer Courses

About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, diligent and efficient HR Executive to join our team at one of the fastest growing education companies in the UK (FT1000, Great people are at the heart of our success. You'll provide key support enabling us to nurture our Head Office teams across Oxford and Cambridge.
Main Duties
- Ensuring that our policies are regularly reviewed and up to date
- Reviewing and overseeing the operation of our company benefits
- Leading on regular team surveys and associated analysis and communication of results to the wider team
- HR administration supporting on HO team queries, as well as contracting new joiners
- Supporting with the onboarding of new joiners
- Supporting with HO payroll process each month
- Assisting with office administration
Practical details
- Start date: October 2023
- Location: Oxford office, with some hybrid working available
- Contract type: Permanent
- Hours: Full time, but part time hours considered
- Salary: FTE £25,000 £27,000
Minimum requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience of HR or working in a HR environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly accurate with attention to detail
- Professional work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with ability to prioritise
- Able to work well in a team and on own initiative
- Experience of managing a technical environment similar to ours
- Google Workspace and CRM
Desirable attributes
- Experience working in education
- Experience using Salesforce
