Communications Manager About Opogo Opogo is an Ed-tech platform focused on recruitment and upskilling for the education industry. Our vision is to support and empower the global education industry by tackling the wider issues facing the recruitment and retention across the education industry.

About the role As we scale our business, communication becomes an essential part of our business. In this role you will help run day-to-day communications activities, leading workstreams and marketing activities. You will work on projects across business needs from productdevelopment to customer communications. This role is ideal for someone to make direct impact on the company and grow with a company that is rapidly scaling.

  • Leading multichannel communications to new and existing customers
  • Managing and coordinating crosschannel and crossfunctional campaigns
  • Working closely with the wider Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
  • Create compelling communications materials including copy for our platforms, blog posts and opeds
  • Coordinate work with partner agencies to set up successful media campaigns
  • Work closely with a data analyst to run campaigns and inform business decisions
  • Identifying and testing new marketing channels
  • Growth mindset is key to success in this role
  • Handson experience of working across multiple marketing channels
  • Experience with engagement platforms (e.g., Moengage)
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with working with all levels of the team
  • Experience with creating copy and working with creative teams to produce assets needed for campaigns and communications
  • Proven trackrecord of defining and driving the communications strategy at a fastpaced growing company
  • A good understanding of data and the ability to report on campaigns and provide actionable insights
  • Project management skills
