About the role:

You will assist in the development of policies, in addition to contributing to the design and delivery of guidance and training for staff and students.

This is a key role in building relationships across the University and the Student's Union, working proactively to ensure the right outcome to any case.

The successful will be able to agree hybrid working pattern in line with the demands of the service.
