What will you be doing?


As a team leader with Bloomsbury, your primary goal and focus is to recruit, lead, train, and develop an outstanding team of support assistants.

You will ensure your teams proceed in face-to-face induction training, shadowing new and existing support assistants, accurately filing your monthly audits, processing monthly payroll for your team, scheduling staff rotas, give supervisions and appraisals, and to act as the first point of contact for both clients and support assistants for advice, guidance, and concerns.


Your role will also include creating and implementing client care plans (inclusive of full risk assessments), liaising with other professional bodies where necessary and required, as well as providing care in the community alongside your team.

This list is not exhaustive, and you will be fully trained.

You will receive additional pay for completing tasks such as interviewing new applicants, carrying out supervisions, creating care plans, and whilst on-call._

Up to £30,000.00 per year
