PAYROLL OFFICER.REED is delighted to be supporting our client with the recruitment of a PAYROLL OFFICER for their business located in Coventry.
The position of PAYROLL OFFICER will be responsible for the full cycle of a monthly payroll for approximately 250 employees.
We are seeking a payroller who has experience of SAGE PAYROLL and can commit to working PART-TIME 32 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete and finalise the payroll for all staff on the nonDirectors payroll monthly.
- Submit and liaise with HM Revenue & Customs (EPS, FPS etc.)
- Assist with End of Year returns (P60, P35's etc)
- Maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis.
- Administer monthly & End of Year Pension calculations with submissions to Pension providers.
- Maintain up to date Overtime / Absence / Holiday records for all employees.
- Administer the setup of new employees and leavers.
- Submission to HMRC gateway and logging onto Company PAYE to retrieve latest Tax Code changes.
- Annual checking of online Driving Licences.
- CSA template completion by the administrator.
- Once the Timekeeping Software has been installed training will be required for reporting purposes.
