The friendly face of the 118 bedrooms at Holmes Hotel, our
Concierge Host will be to ensure that the service provided by the Night Reception team is beyond the normal guest experience that would be expected by our guests.

Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression every time.

We are looking for our
Concierge Host who:

Completes tasks relevant but not limited to the guest cycle (arrival, follow-ups and departure) such as arranging special guest requests, ensuring guest mail and

- messages are delivered in a timely manner, performing luggage handling and doorperson duties, updating the Hotel Management Systems with the required guest
- information and liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction and ensuring the business continuity through payment compliance

Follows guidance and instructions given by the leadership team
Communicates effectively with both internal and external guests (including hotel colleagues) via written correspondence, phone and facetoface
Proactively upsells the hotel (such as restaurants, bars, spa services and other relevant hotel services) as well as any related reward programs
Engages with colleagues and guests in relation to their stay or meeting; i.e. confidently relaying local events, attractions, hotel facilities or internally held meetings, consistently exhibiting appropriate service behaviour
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability when personalising external and internal guests' needs and the changing demand and priorities of the business
Creates a welcoming atmosphere and personalised service for each individual external and internal guest having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest and leadership feedback
Has previous experience working as a
Luggage Porter or
Concierge preferably in the hotels

As a
Concierge Host, you will receive:

Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata)

:£10.70 per hour plus great benefits
