Here at ClwydAlyn, we are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join the Denbighshire team.
Working across the Denbighshire projects, you will be responsible for making a real difference to people's lives which means that you'll need to me bold, passionate and confident in having open and honest conversations.

The Role
We are looking for someone who can lead stafflead in facilitating opportunities, including activities for residents which will promote social inclusion, confidence, social skills, wellbeing and diversity.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day direction and support of staff at the scheme under guidance from the Senior Project Officer.
You will have:
- The ability to inspire change in others.
- Experience of working facetoface with vulnerable people.
- Experience of keyworking and outcomes monitoring
- Knowledge of the issues facing homeless people.
- The ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure, as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce individual support plans and other written reports and monitoring information as required.
- Knowledge of the benefits and welfare system.
This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check which we pay for.
