Milk Education are working with one of their partnership SEND schools in Wigan, recruiting a SEND Teacher to cover maternity leave.

The school are looking for a SEND Teacher who will be required to teach across KS3 and KS4.

The school offers a curriculumthat enables the students to study for their GCSE's as well as vocational learning experiences and personal development opportunities.


The successful SEND Teacher will have experience of SEMH, ASD and ADHD and must have a caring, nurturing and resilient nature.

This role is due to commence after the February 1⁄2 term and will continue until the end of the academic year.


The successful SEND Teacher must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the U.K
  • Experience with SEMH, ASD and ADHD
  • A passion for delivering engaging and interactive lessons
  • Good classroom management skills
