Hold responsibility for progressing the recruitment activity of an allocated Division, tracking progress of jobs to ensure there are no delays, resolving and escalating issues to the recruiting managers as necessary to provide a smooth Effectively co-ordinate recruitment campaign activities for the division such as ensuring on time delivery of shortlisting and interview packs to recruiting managers and communication to applicants regarding application Provide successful implementation of recruitment campaigns including advert placement services, long-listing screening and assessment centre and selection centre support Provide an advisory service to recruiting managers and applicants to ensure timely completion of activities and required action ensuring on time and successful campaign Main contact for recruitment enquiries especially those from the allocated Division and to deal politely and efficiently with all enquiries, helping to resolve any concerns early on and escalating these to the Recruitment Manager if Assist the Recruitment Manager in reallocating resources to meet service needs ensuring adequate cross-cover and resolving issues and escalating to the Recruitment Manager in a timely fashion as necessary to assist with timelyMore jobs from Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
