Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person with good interpersonal skills to work in our busy aseptic unit within the pharmacy department at the Leicester Royal Infirmary.
Your duties will be varied including aseptic preparation of products, working within a clean room environment.Our dedicated team offer a stimulating and dynamic working environment.

The aseptic service is a growing and progressive team that makes personalised medicines in specialised clean room environments.
You must possess excellent communication and organisational skills in order to provide an efficient and safe pharmacy service for patients and the running of the service in a busy environment.
The main duties will involve undertaking general aseptic service duties that include preparation of medicines, assembling and transferring drugs and consumables into the aseptic service clean rooms following standard operating procedures.

About the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust: )
Duties will include:
- Aseptic preparation of products, working within a clean room environment.
- Preparation and checking of documentation and stock control.
- Cleaning of the aseptic rooms and equipment.
- Office cover including label and worksheet generation and telephone queries.
- All work will be carried out within the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice.
