Role Summary:


Act as the first point of contact and coordinator for all visitors to site while they are waiting for their host whilst ensuring that you create a welcoming professional environment.

Support management with administrative duties and overlook service provided by external companies.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors to site, sign them in provide visitors cards if needed and make the host aware of their arrival
  • Show visitors to the required room and provide refreshments if required
  • Complete and file visitor paperwork and arrange for issue of work permits if required
  • Arrange lunch and refreshment for visitors if required
  • Ensure that you are able to provide the required information and follow company policy when an auditor attends site
  • Support the training team when new colleagues arrive for inductions by directing them to where they need to go
  • Sign for parcels and post then distributing to relevant parties
  • Work with all departments to ensure smooth running of the site operations
  • Keep all records of waste collection and inbound deliveries as required
  • Work closely and monitor service of contracted cleaning company
  • Track stocks of stationery and ensure supplies are ordered in good time
  • Assist agencies with preparation of clock in cards and any other queries
  • Adhoc administration duties to support the site as required (this could include PPE and chemical stock counts and adhoc order placing)

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
