Our Grocery Service Centre, based near Liverpool, is a hub for transactional activity across multiple ABF companies within the ABF Grocery division.

Supporting some of our well-known brands such as Kingsmill, Pataks, Blue Dragon, Jordans, Ryvita and Silver Spoon, amongst others.

We deliver Shared Service activities across a wide range of disciplines including Customer Services, Consumer Care, Finance, Payroll, HR and IS.

Overview of role

Location:
Liverpool

We are looking for an Administrator to work within our Grocery Service Centre based in Liverpool.

The role is responsible for the accurate creation and maintenance of core data in line with our agreed service agreements and policies.

Duties will also include liaising with internal and external customers and working closely with other members of team to ensure we are able to deliver an excellent level of service.

Key Accountabilities

To maintain customer and supplier master data including carrying out credit checks, VAT checks and verifying bank details directly with suppliers.

Data entry and maintenance using various systems and Microsoft Excel
Data cleansing to be carried out in line with agreed policies.
General administration duties as and when required.
The Right Person
Strong communication skills.
Accurate in their approach with excellent attention to detail.
Organised and able to prioritise workload.
Ideally have experience working within an administration or master data role.
