Description

A large well known financial services practice with 4 offices in Scotland is currently expanding and looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join the team.

Responsibilities:

To work with the Directors, Advisers and Paraplanners in all aspects of administration support
Good knowledge of platforms and providers
Submission of new business and inputting of data in the backoffice system (Intelliflo)
Liaise with providers to obtain relevant client, product and Fund Manager information for Advisers and Paraplanners to analyse and include within advice reports
Provide technical support dealing with income drawdown and knowledge of income and capital gains tax required
Working knowledge of running various FE Analytics reports as required by Advisers
Annual reviews including preparation of premeeting documentation, task control and checking of data produced preissue
Fund switches and rebalances, checking peer work
Experience in the financial planning profession
Excellent relationship builder and communicator
Excellent IT skills and comfortable using a variety of financial planning software
