Job Duties:

Placing all. adverts on job board and social media and potentially attending job fairs.
Conducting interviews
Administration and compliance of temp / or perm worker
Client interaction as/when needed to provide support and timely update
Using innovative outreach approaches to target top talent

Main Skills:

Strong accountability for owning and developing the talent pool
High motivation and curiosity to understand people their career drivers, interests and motivations
Articulates themselves clearly and confidently
Financially driven and wants to earn great commission
