My client, a national housing provider, seek experienced Customer Service Advisors to start temporary ongoing bookings in the new year,Main purpose of the role:
To provide effective and efficient customer account management with the overall objective to reduce arrears, maximise the collection of income and sustain tenancies for client
Key Accountabilities:
- To manage low level account collection for rent and arrears
- To call customers in relation to their rent account, in order to collect payments, set up pay arrangements
- To manage the direct debits process
- To undertake administration duties relating to customer accounts
- To undertake the collection of debts in accordance with income collection policies and procedures, working with other staff to collectively meet objectives
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as required
- To ensure compliance with Equality & Diversity, Health & Safety policies and general Data Protection Regulations
Full time Mon to Fri 9-5
Hybrid working after training (2/3 days office per week West Croydon)
£15.73PAYE£19.55LTD UMB PER HOUR
