Behind the scenes, we are a team of passionate individuals committed to driving forward our vision and mission, and we need an exceptional Executive Administrator, who shares that commitment, to join us.

Working under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will support the Executive Team to drive positive change within the organisation as it evolves and grows, in a multifaceted role which offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and impact.


As the Executive Administrator, you will:

  • Be the CEO's welcoming face and voice, managing correspondence and calls in a professional manner.
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's diary, arranging meetings, preparing supporting materials and making travel arrangements where necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, assisting with meeting arrangements, correspondence and the preparation of documents and reports.
  • Support the Operations Manager in the preparation of wellorganised Board meetings, including liaising with Trustees, collating and printing of papers, and providing backup support with minute taking where necessary.
  • Support the Executive Team with organisation of monthly meetings, including preparation of agendas and typing up of action points.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of Annual General Meetings.
  • Maintain accurate Trustee and Member records as well as records of all official meetings.


If you are organised, detail-oriented, possess excellent administrative and communication skills, and know your way around Microsoft 365, we are eager to welcome you to our team.
