Job Role
As HR Administrator you will work closely with the HR team and will assist them with all HR related duties and issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support across a number of core HR areas.
- Ensure HR Records are accurately maintained and up to date
- PAMS system
- Maintaining relevant HR files in line with General data protection regulations
- Responsible for organising and monitoring training and development
- Monitoring and recording sickness absence
- Various other HR related duties
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
- Minimum 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
- Strong administration experience
- Previous experience in a HR environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Literate
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Desirable
- Previous experience using PAMS
- CIPD qualified or working towards
