About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a key growing team within the dynamic, award-winning FM Department, to deliver a wide range of finance functions including purchase order/sales invoice processing, financial reporting, Month End/Year End processes, maintaining and improving financial information and assisting with the development of the overall FM finance system.

As part of this changing and dynamic service area you will work independently and as part of an experienced team to deliver the FM finance function whilst providing customer service excellence and continuously improving the service provided to the FM Department and University.

About You

As Finance Assistant, you will:

Have excellent attention to detail and drive for accuracy in all aspects of your work
Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Have an understanding of purchase order processing and/or invoicing
Have the drive to learn and improve
Be able to take pride in the quality of your work
Have excellent customer care skills
