Salary:
£28,000 - £45,000 (Subject To Experience)

About the Architectural Technologist role:

A well-established, nationwide Architectural practice in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne is looking for an Architectural Technologist with 5+ years' experience to join their successful team.

The role will involve reviewing the building forms as well as the placement & organisation of sites. With hybrid work being offered to all staff there is also a great work-life balance for the successful applicant.

To be considered for the Architectural Technologist role:

Be degree qualified
Have 5+ years' experience
Be adept in CAD
Have residential experience (Housing Layouts)
Have fire regulations knowledge.
Have building regulations knowledge
