Salary:
£20,812 - £21,189 FTE (£15,865 - £16,152 pro rata)


We are looking for a talented Learning Assistant to join our team here at Skegness Academy The post is on a temporary basis until August 2023

About the role:


The ideal Learning Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside the classroom environment.

You will be a professional role model to the students, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate.


To be successful you must:
- possess excellent communication skills
- have experience of working with young people or children
- be flexible, creative and enthusiastic about their position
