With an average length of service of 10 years, you'll be fundamental in sourcing and retaining even more brilliant talent to continue our growth.

With no experience necessary, you'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in all areas of the business, to support with recruitment, retention and events.

If you love working with people, have a flair for communication and a knack for building rapport, this could be the first step in your people centric career

What you'll be doing:

CV screening and conducting initial telephone interviews
Creating engaging recruitment content alongside our Marketing Communications team
Assisting with organisation for employee events, such as our summer and winter parties

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and a talent for organisation
An appreciation of the importance of absolute discretion and confidentiality
