HR Coordinator - Permanent Opportunity
Salary:
£35-40,000 per annum plus extensive benefits
Location:
Offices in Reading, hybrid role with at least one day per week in the office (free parking available)
A global, Reading based technology focused organisation are seeking a bright, motivated and versatile HR Coordinator to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for all administrative tasks relating to the employee lifecycle throughout the organisation, which will include the production of contracts, all associated pre-employment checks of new employees,owning and running the onboarding process, including presenting (in person) to new starters, to ensure they have everything they need for a smooth start with the business.
The HR Coordinator will be the first line of support to employees and managers in answering day to day queries, most of which are straightforward, but in some cases will need to be forwarded on to the specialist within HR in that area.
If you would like to be considered, it is essential that you have exceptionally strong HR administration skills, and have worked within a fast paced commercial environment previously.
