The Client Account Executive plays a crucial role in both maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships while also ensuring the effective execution of all B2B related process.

Collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the organisation, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the accurate setup of programmes and the timely execution of all administrative and communication tasks.


The Client Account Executive contributes to the seamless delivery of PD's B2B programmes and the overall success of our division and organisation.

What you'll be doing

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships by consistently engaging in communication and offering support.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders throughout the organisation, including training solution managers, presenters, client service, online, and programme teams.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional products/programmes to clients.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly meetings, assisting the Client Relationship & Operations Manager when required.

Programme Setup:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align processes with client expectations, guaranteeing the accurate setup of B2B programmes whether delivered inhouse, incentre or online.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely execution of all B2Brelated processes while adhering to established procedures and meeting SLAs.
  • Address finance related matters and ensure punctual invoicing.
  • Process bookings and manage client contracts to ensure compliance with agreedupon terms and conditions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and timely record keeping of delegate records, attendance and other associated tasks.
  • Produce reports as required to monitor programme performance and provide datadriven insights for decisionmaking.
  • Proactively evaluate client satisfaction and gather feedback, pinpointing areas for enhancing the client experience.
  • Effectively undertake any other duties as required to support the team's success and meet the division's/organisational needs.

Please note, this role is Hybrid with a mix of home and office working based in Manchester.
