£20,000-£22,500per annum - depending on skills and experience**

About the role
- Drive the attraction of quality applicants for our Care services via multiple sourcing approaches
- Respond to approved vacancy requests from hiring managers, advertise and proactively source applicants to create a pipeline of suitable applicants.
- Write engaging adverts that are in line with the GSA brand.
- Work with the manager to preplan the interview timing/schedule.
- Screen new applicants in a timely manner for suitability
- Manage the applicant journey to keep them engaged throughout the process through to offer
- Update and maintain the ATS as applicants progress through the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting
