1 Workshop Controller

10 Technicians

3 Service Advisors

2 Parts Advisors

2 drivers

1 Warranty Administrator


Main responsibilities will include:


  • Oversee the smooth running of the Aftersales Department
  • Orchestrate a streamlined and costeffective flow of work throughout the workshop
  • Provide innovative ways to maximise profit
  • Increase productivity and maintain motivation of the Aftersales department
  • Liaising with colleagues and customers at all levels in a professional manner
  • Answering any customer queries/resolving any issues relating to technical problems, warranties, services, repairs and MOTYs
  • Communicate expectations, workloads and business requirements to the team on a daily basis
  • To ensure that the workshop is kept clean, tidy and compliant with company policy, Industry guidelines and Brand Standards

To be successful you will:


  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Experience in managing and coaching a team to success
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to see potential barriers
  • Systematic, highly organised with an eye for detail.
  • A full UK and clean driving license
