The Role - Office Cleaner


AM Services Group is looking for an experienced hardworking, and enthusiastic Cleaner to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large building, its offices, warehouse and meeting rooms based in the centre of Blackburn.


This is a Permanent Part time role 12.5hr per week, the suitable person would work 5pm to 7.30pm Monday to Fridays.


Duties/Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting,
  • Cleaning toilets facilities
  • Cleaning offices and meeting rooms
  • Cleaning of the production areas and dining areas
  • Cleaning windows within easy reach.
  • Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Manager,
  • Operate cleaning equipment in accordance with the company health and safety procedures.
  • Use cleaning materials in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.

Skills Required:


  • Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
  • Good knowledge and experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
  • Experience of work to tight schedules.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
