Teaching assistants provide students with a sense of stability and peace within the classroom, helping students feel confident in their overall learning, and guiding them to success through differentiated methods of instruction.

Some students interact andrespond better to male members of staff, thus, the school is seeking to employ a few passionate male graduates to support these students and make a long-lasting positive impact


YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE, JUST A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, and willingness to grow, learn, and adapt to a new environment.

Male Teaching Assistant Qualifications:

- degree qualified

  • Good GCSE Grades
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Updated DBS on the update service
  • NEW graduates
