An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Primary Care and Community Division.

Working closely with members of the Division's Senior Leadership Team, the post holder will support the delivery of the Division's business agenda, ensuring the delivery of administration and governance functions to ensure the effective operation of services.


We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong IT and organisation skills who can demonstrate a commitment to the delivery of a high-quality service.

The successful applicant will need to be able to work under pressure, maintain positive, constructive relationships with a wide range of individuals, and be able to prioritise their own work.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.


The post holder will provide a highly efficient, professional and confidential administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team for Primary Care and Community Services, to support the delivery of key divisional objectives.


The post holder will be instrumental in implementing effective administrative processes; organising and documenting business and project meetings; providing secretarial support; preparing documentation and action plans; and liaising with stakeholders including members of the public, division and health board and providing support to functions undertaken by the Business and Performance Team.


The post holder will be expected to work flexibly in order to ensure the smooth running of the Business Support function.
