Job Description:

We are currently seeking an apprentice to join our team in Cardiff Bay.

The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to our Claim Handlers/Account Managers, helping them to deliver service excellence to our customers and brokers.

You will be part of an experienced and close-knit team who will teach you the key skills required to work in a business environment.

Skills such as organisation, administrative, teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

After full training you will complete the following tasks:
Administration support
Data entry
Communicating with customers and broker partners over the phone and in writing

What qualification should you have?
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can work collaboratively with colleagues. You will have a real desire to exceed customer expectations and a willingness to learn new skills.

You must also meet the eligibility requirements for the Business Administration course (a minimum of 5 GCSE passes, including Maths and English at C+ level).
