MJK People have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Claims Consultant to join a fun and dynamic business.

As a claims consultant you will be responsible for the whole process from start to finish involved in a claim.

Assessing liability and investigating the details whilst providing the highest standards of customer service.

You will be representing the Company in both verbal and written interactions between clients and partners.

A large proportion of this role involves speaking to clients over the phone and there will be some written communication involved.

Some experience of claims handling would be beneficial however is not essential as there will be an ongoing comprehensive training plan.

The key role responsibilities will include:

To efficiently and accurately process new claims on behalf of the Company's clients, confidently representing the interface between the customer and the Company
Build strong trusting customer relationships
Collect all documents in relation to claims and store them correctly
Achieve monthly KPI targets set out in your one to one
Remain professional at all times to promote the corporate image of the business

About you:

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You must be a determined, highly driven person with a positive attitude
Display professional business behaviour at all times
Selfmotivated and a strong work ethic required
Target driven as an individual
Be able to work in a fun team culture
Strong organisational skills
Disciplined analytical approach to problem solving
Have a consultative and customer centric approach to case retention

Working hours are:

Monday to Thursday 8:45am-16:45pm & Friday 9am-3:00pm
