This role sits within the Digital Operations Team (currently 2 members) whose remit is to elevate the online post-purchase experience for guests.
Working closely with Guest Education Center (GEC which is our contact center), Logistics, Finance, Digital Marketing, Product and Omni the Digital Operations Team focuses on enhancing the delivery and return experience, making it channel and market relevant.

what you'll do as an Operations Lead, Digital Fulfillment
In this role, you will be responsible of the fulfilment performance of the market place channel
This includes:
- Set up order management processes and reporting tools for market places orders (order monitoring for outbound and inbound, fraud management, forecasting, SLAs and KPIs), monitor and analyse performance.
- Enhance, homogenise and future proof processes and reporting for existing and new digital distribution channels, lay out operational best practices in digital fulfilment for International.
- Work cross functionally with other partners across the organisation to support the delivery and rollout of additional carriers and shipping services.
- Collaborate with Market Place team to define and implement future MP distribution models
- Input into other and future Digital initiatives relating to fulfilment and payment: impact analysis, operational assessment
- Experience with digital B2B and/or D2C distribution within a mid/large international organisation
- Volume forecasting
- Understanding of Product and Technology processes and tools
