About Our Client:


The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Attracting skilled individuals from diverse sectors that align with our values and principles.
  • Providing comprehensive support to colleagues as they embark on their early careers, including regular checkins, developmental assessments, and guiding them along their qualification pathway.
  • Taking ownership of our Apprenticeship and Trainee recruitment initiatives.
  • Maintaining the early careers website page, ensuring it is consistently up to date and informative.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for both existing and prospective groups of apprentices and trainees.
  • Continuously evaluate industry best practices and conduct research to stay informed about market trends and pertinent matters that may impact our early careers program.
  • Providing assistance for various projects or assignments as necessary and directed.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Recruitment Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A genuine desire to learn
