Interim Finance Director - 3 months - London - up to £150,000 pro rata or day rate equivalent

Do you have experience working within the Real Estate sector?

Have you worked on "draw down" financing?

Do you have proven experience managing real estate acquisitions?

If you answered Yes to the above, and are available to start at short notice, then this could be the ideal interim contract for you

Our client who is a leading European real estate and development investor, is looking for an experienced Interim Finance Director to join them during this highly successful period of growth and change.

Working closely with the Managing Director and external stakeholders, this is a key hire for the business, to support on finalising some high-profile acquisitions, being responsible for financial costs analysis, closing of debt financing, developing drawdown financing of existing projects, and cash flow management.

Proven experience in the above is essential.

The role will initially be for a period of up to 3 months, with review to be extended.

ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification preferred and the ability to commute effectively across the business and with the executive team is key.
