Product Administratorto join us as we grow our regional coach day trip and holiday programmes throughout the rest of the UK..

As a Product Administrator you will ensure the successful planning and delivery of our day trip and holiday product offering support with the administrative tasks associated.

What you'll do...

Liaise with attractions across the UK to plan itineraries for day trips, booking group visits and arranging payment as required. Consider the appeal to our target market, journey time and costs.
Load product into online databases accurately and efficiently to ensure they are presented well on the various customer facing websites
Prepare driver information packs in advance of each departure
Work closely with the customer service team to ensure all itinerary changes are communicated to customers in a timely manner
Provide a link between the Sales and Product teams, ensuring cancellations and amendments are reflected in product stock availability
Support team through the provision of accurate product reports
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation data and product. Reporting of any GDPR breaches immediately

What you'll need

Excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills
The ability to develop and retain excellent product knowledge
Good time management, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
Attention to detail and focused on accuracy is paramount.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience of working within travel/leisure would be beneficial but is not essential
